Sparkling House Cleaning Services Cinco Ranch sets one flat price for each clean based on your bedrooms and bathrooms. Deep and move-out cleans are flat as well, adjusted for the home's condition. We never charge by the hour, and you can get a free quote by phone or text.

Why don't you charge by the hour?
A flat price means you know the cost before we start. Our team works until the checklist is complete, and a longer visit never raises your bill.
What if my home is very large or needs extra work?
Homes over five bedrooms get a custom quote. If a home needs much more than a typical deep clean, such as heavy buildup or post-renovation debris, we will discuss it and agree on a price before starting.
Are recurring visits cheaper?
Yes. Weekly, every-two-week and monthly visits all cost less per visit than a one-time clean, and there is no long-term contract. The recurring price starts after your first standard or deep clean.
